Also I have run the windows updates, no luck there. This is an unlikely answer, but if nothing else seems to be working might be worth considering: Is this computer on a domain with Group Policy active? Is there something that might be running over the weekend that somehow causes a reboot or mode change?
Not sure what might be causing just this computer to have issues if that's the case, but I've seen GP do some really strange things when a computer isn't responding properly. Computer is on a domain. Will see if I can see anything in GPO that might cause this but would be wired that no other computer would be affected in the same group. We have had this issue with some Dell computers, an updated of Video Driver or Chipset has fixed the issue.
We had an issue with one of the monitors and seem after I replaced both with new ones. The issue went away. Thanks for your help all.
