Develops, coordinates, and provides comprehensive pre-move and post-move briefings, orientations, and workshops for personnel and their families. Presents a variety of orientation briefing tailored to specific assignment areas using provided briefing materials as a basis for briefing content.

Identifies the need for and develops additional briefing and workshops to address the specific requirement of target groups. Develops post move newcomer orientations to provide extensive information on installation and community resources and services. Evaluates the need for more specific information for relocating personnel through surveys, feedback, and individual interviews.

Ensures that in-processing and out-processing procedures include information on relocation assistance services. Develops and provides sponsorship training. Provides oversight and access to the Army Career Tracker ACT for sponsorship tracking, elections, reporting and maintenance for all organization on Fort Leavenworth. Consolidates and provides sponsors with current comprehensive information to send to the incoming personnel and their families prior to relocation.

Coordinates with units to assist in development of sponsorship programs. Performs a variety of duties in support of personnel assigned to the Command. Arranges training for current employees who volunteer to sponsor new personnel.

Pairs new personnel with sponsors throughout Fort Leavenworth. Serves as liaison between new personnel, supervisors, and sponsors. Stays up-to-date with pairings between sponsors and new personnel by maintaining a current in-processing report for Fort Leavenworth.

Termination of investigative assistant. A duly licensed professional investigator who terminates the sponsorship of a licensed investigative assistant must notify the chief of the termination immediately.
